Update - 7/27/2010

Happy Summer to all you Decyferites out there.  The DD boys and I are about to launch out on the road again for Part 2 of the first ever Decyfer Down headline tour.  The first half of the tour included lots of shows all over the south and Midwest with numerous outdoor festivals mixed in here and there.  And as awesome as the first half was, the second portion coming up promises to be even better with the addition of Dave (the worlds greatest Sound Engineer) and Doug (our awesome lighting and effects specialist) to the Decyfer Down team guaranteeing that this Summer’s shows will be over the top intense.  We will be melting faces in at least 15 cities and will be joined by Shatter Me and Satellites and Sirens , so plan to be blown away….in fact, you may have to take the next day off of work to recover.  Plan accordingly!

In other news, we continue to see and be amazed by the provisions of God.  Touring nationwide always brings a unique set of trials and adversity, but in those setbacks God shines through and we are excited to have had the opportunity with a few recent setbacks on the road to witness God at His best bridging the gap for us and keeping us moving.  Its reassuring and confidence inspiring to be regular witnesses to how God looks out for us.

Right now the bus is running well and is presently sitting in North Carolina fueled up and with fresh oil and filter changes in both the engine and the generator.  It’s all set to go for this next stretch of the tour, so when we come to your town make sure you come out and say hello.  Whether you are rocking with us at an individual show or moshing it up at a festival, the band (and even the bus driver, me) love to meet the fans that make it all happen.  And remember to bring a friend (or twelve!) when you come out.  You guys are the reason we do this and you guys are who we pray will be impacted by the music and the message inspiring it.  So, don’t be shy.  The message of Decyfer Down is to you and for you, so get excited, put a smile on your face and stand by to have your world rocked this Summer
